Photos may contain device-created metadata (such as date, device, or approximate location information) embedded by the camera or phone that captured them.

Our hosting and form providers may also automatically receive standard technical information, such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, access times, and security logs.

Submitting a quote request is not consent to unrelated promotional email or text marketing. If we ever offer newsletters or marketing messages, we will request separate permission where required by law.

Formspree and Service Providers

Our quote form is powered by Formspree, which receives, stores, filters for spam, and delivers quote submissions and any attachments to us. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy practices — see the Formspree Privacy Policy.

We may also use other trusted providers for hosting, content delivery, email, communications, storage, security, and general business software. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their services for us.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share your quote details for third-party direct marketing. We may disclose information when required by law, in response to lawful requests, to protect the safety, rights, or property of any person, to investigate or prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Data Retention

We retain quote requests and related information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, and comply with legal obligations. Information stored with Formspree is also subject to Formspree's account settings, plan limits, backups, and its own retention and legal obligations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we handle. However, no website, electronic transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, payment-card information, medical information, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through the quote form.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

Our website is not currently used for behavioral advertising and we do not sell browsing data. Necessary providers, such as our host and form provider, may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality, spam prevention, and security. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this Policy accordingly.

Your Choices and Requests

You may request to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you about a quote, by emailing info@sunandshinemarine.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and certain legal exceptions may apply.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
